These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed with Betty Jane’s Bakery (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Orders and Booking
  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • Orders are not confirmed until a deposit is received.
  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and large events.
3. Deposits and Payments
  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your date.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.
  • Orders not fully paid by the due date may be subject to cancellation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a partial refund (excluding deposit).
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
5. Changes to Orders
  • Changes to design, size, or details must be requested at least 14 days before the event.
  • We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are not guaranteed.
6. Delivery and Pickup
  • Delivery fees may apply and are based on location.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unforeseen circumstances.
Pickup:
  • Cakes must be picked up at the agreed time.
  • Once the order leaves our possession, we are not responsible for damage.
7. Design and Product Disclaimer
  • All cakes are handmade; slight variations in design may occur.
  • Colors, decorations, and details may vary slightly from inspiration images.
8. Allergies and Ingredients
